Fall Research 2017: Week 13

This week I continued my work on our current scene for our DDoS game. Now that the assets are in place, I went in and began adding functionality to the scene. First I created a trigger event to give the player an explanation of certain network topics related to DDoS. For instance, when the player approaches the server computer they are told what it is, what it does, and how to use it. Next, the player is prompted to click on the computer to enter screen mode. This mode is where they will learn about 3 basic DDoS attacks and how to mitigate them. My next goal is to create an event for screen mode that focuses the game camera onto a UI that mimics a computer screen.
