Fall Research 2018: Week 26

This week we revisited our previous cybersecurity project on Phishing to gather new data for revisions to our paper proposal. I helped administer a second round of testing for our game Bird's Life during our Monday session at 2:00pm. I gave guidance and answered any questions the students had about game mechanics or our development. Also, I received feedback on bugs or grammatical errors in the game. I also assisted in gathering game data onto a flash drive for later upload and analysis. Additionally, I began the process of entering pre-test, post-test, and game save data into an excel spreadsheet to be included as part of our revised report. Finally, I assisted in making revisions to our original paper proposal based on the feedback we received. I updated our references with a short description of the work performed by the authors, as well as reevaluated the images and statistical figures we used because the new figures needed to better reflect the benefit of our game as a learning tool.
