Fall Research 2018: Week 22

This week I continued to try to get the scripts for sending packets and monitoring their effects to function. Unfortunately, I have yet to solve this problem. I have attempted to create a script that works from a random number generator with a range based on the users input for data packet rate, but it was unsuccessful.
